Ryan Mason still hopes next year, “Kane” will continue to stand for Spurs.

Spurs interim manager Ryan Mason has confirmed the club plans to work with captain Harry Kane. Despite the news about moving out of the team.

The 29-year-old striker has just one year left on his contract. And there is no progress with the new contract. As for this season with Spurs, only the hope of playing in the Champions League next season is a target for the remainder of the season. They have three games left and are six points behind fourth place.

“Our aim is to have Kane until the end of the season. It’s no different from every player within the team. At the end of the season we will decide with the players and staff.

“The truth is, Harry is still a Spurs player. And we will continue to work with great concentration with him in a great club. And hopefully we can do that together.”

Kane has a personal goal of breaking Alan Shearer’s record for top scorer in the Premier League with 260 goals, he now has 209 goals in total. And there is no progress with the new contract. As for this season with Spurs, only the hope of playing in the Champions League next season
