Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo admitted he had to play defensively late on in his side’s 2-1 win at Spurs in order to maintain their lead.

“There was no other way. Tottenham put us in that situation, so we had to defend and keep the result.”

“We started เล่นเกมคาสิโน UFABET ทันสมัย ฝากถอนง่าย the game very well, we created danger with good combinations. We wanted to play more offensively in the second half, trying to create danger and have more possession.”

“When you go through something it’s important to get through it, especially at this time of the season when there’s fatigue, not only physically but mentally, anxiety. Those things set the team back a little bit. Credit to Tottenham, they created a lot of chances and we were lucky to come away with the result.”

“We controlled the game but Tottenham had a lot of crosses and space on the wings, so the change at half-time was about adding more people and pressing the game.”

“You have one less player to press in midfield, but you have one more player in the box.”

“Matt (Sels) has been very important for us throughout the season. He keeps us in the game, so we are very happy.”

“Our fans have done a fantastic job for us. They made us run more today, not only here but also at the City Ground. We can’t thank them enough.”

“We have a big week ahead of us, we need to prepare well before going to Wembley and enjoy it. There are not many times like this, especially in this league where we have to fight for something that no one expects.”
