New Inter Milan midfielder Piotr Zielinski can’t wait to step on the field in his new team’s colours after being officially unveiled.
The 30-year-old joined the Nerazzurri on a free transfer after his contract with Napoli expired and, after officially signing a contract until 2028 ยูฟ่าเบท, he has revealed that he cannot wait to pull on the blue and black jersey.
“I am very happy because I am joining one of the biggest clubs in the world. It is a great honour for me and I can’t wait to play for the team,” Zielinski told the club’s website.
“Inter’s midfield is the real strength of this team, so I will try my best to make the team even stronger.”
“I have been in Italy for 12 years and I am very happy to continue my career here. I am the first Polish player to wear this prestigious shirt and I will try my best to achieve great results.”
Inter won the Scudetto last season under coach Simone Inzaghi, while it was Zielinski’s Napoli who were Champions of Italy the year before that.
“I will give everything to make the Inter fans happy. The stadium is wonderful, one of the most beautiful in Italy. I’ll do all I can to show my quality and bring more trophies to the club.”
For Zielinski, he has played in Italy his entire career, having joined Udinese in 2011 as a youngster before moving to Napoli in 2016 and most recently Inter Milan.
